Healthy Homemade Vegetarian Pizza Rolls

I have always loved Pizza Rolls but they are normally very unhealthy and also high in fat and calories that I have not eaten any since I started my fitness journey. These homemade vegetarian Pizza Rolls by my awesome Mum, however, are as tasty as the traditional ones and they are very healthy!
Healthy Homemade Vegetarian Pizza Rolls Recipe

They were so yum and crispy that it was truly a love at first bite! Zero drop of oil added, extremely low calorie (less than 20 calories per roll), THE BEST CRISPY BITE ever. AND total cooking time takes less than 30 minutes!

Ingredients
Garlic (Minced) x  tbsp
Onions x 1/2 cup
Tomato x 1.5 - 2
Bell Peppers x 1/2
Mushroom x 1/2 cup
Carrot x 1/3 cup
Cilantro x 2 tbsp
Wonton Wrappers x 20 (or more)

Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Chop up Garlic, Onion, Tomato, Bell Peppers. Mushroom, Carrot, Cilantro and cook all the ingredients in a pan. Fill each Wonton Wrapper with 1-2 tsp of vegetable mix, and then fold it into a pizza roll shape and crimp the edges to seal. Bake for 10-15 minuted until they turn golden brown (Flip half way through) and Ta Dah they are ready to be served!

**Health Fact: Wonton wrapper is actually one of the healthiest choices of carbs - it is SUPER low in calories and very crunchy if you have it baked<3 **
