|Guilt-free and Gluten-free Chocolate Pancake Tower with Creamy Organic Raw Peanut Butter Sauce|
Guilt-free Fluffy Buckwheat Chocolate Banana Pancake Tower! (Gluten-free)
with Organic Raw Chocolate Peanut Butter (PB2) Sauce and topped with Fresh Fruits <3
Buckwheat Flour x 1 cup
Raw Cacao Powder x 4 tsp
Banana x 3
Organic Whole Egg x 3
Baking Powder x 2.5 tsp
Coconut Oil x 2 tbsp
Homemade Almond Milk (or any milk of your choice) x 4 tbsp
Mix Buckwheat Flour, Cacao Powder, and Baking Powder in a big mixing bowl.
Beat eggs in a big mixing bowl, mash bananas in another bowl and then pour in the mashed banana to the eggs. Add in the coconut oil and almond milk. Stir well together until combined.
Pour the wet mix to the dry mix, stir well until combined.
Spray olive oil/ coconut oil onto the pan and heat it up. Cook the pancake batter (Each pancakes ~ 2-3 tablespoons full) on both sides until they turn golden brown.
Optional: Chocolate Peanut Butter Sauce(PB2 - mix 8 tsp of Organic Raw PB2 powder with 5-6 tsp of water)
Stack the pancakes up and pour the creamy chocolate peanut butter sauce over the pancake tower (I also had pure honey drizzled on it), top with fresh fruits of your choice <3
